Korean cards (E)

The jokers have a red text saying 달매와법다리 which can be translated in “Dalmae and Beomdari” (or “Dalmaewa Beopdari”), but I can’t find a meaning. The second row of text has written 고구려시기무사 which it’s “Goguryeo period warrior”.
In fact the joker depicts a warrior on horseback from the Goguryeo period, where Goguryeo (or Goryeo) was the name of the Korean kingdom during the period from 37 BC to 668 AD.
