This is a reprint in a cardboard box of deck number 919, with the joker still featuring the number 919 in the bottom corner.

The box comes in two versions, red or blue, with only the red version having a semi-circular cutout to facilitate opening the top flap. Both have cards with a brown retro, with slight differences in color and pattern thickness.
The ace of spades in the blue deck of cards has the initials “DBE” underneath it.
